                            OUR CONCERT BASKETS ARE OUR ONLY FUNDRAISER

Maja is collecting items for baskets that will be raffled at our concert.  Please be very generous.  If you donate generously, Maja can make more baskets.  Last year, she was able to make 7.  If you have a basket you don't need any more, please donate it also.

Check for expiry dates ,no expired dates please.

Here is a list of possibilities of items to bring for the baskets that will be raffled off.If you think of other things,that is great.

Gourmet Coffee                                 Tea Herbal/Black/Earl Grey etc.

Gourmet Hot Chocolate                      Nuts

Packets of Fondue                            [ new ]Fondue pot you don't use.

Leckerli                                            Swiss Chocolates of all kinds

Smoked Salmon                               Canned Salmon,Tuna,Ham etc.

Canned Vegetables                           Canned Fruit

Canned Crab                                     Pickled goods[gherkins  or pickles]

All kinds of canned goods                  Artichoke

Anti-pasta                                        Salsa ,Chips 

Pasta                                              Mayonnaise, Ketchup, salad dressings

Pickled mushrooms                          Mustard Fancy  Tomy Senf

Aromat                                            Dried fruits  or Trail Mix.

Almonds                                          Pickled Mushrooms 

Salami or salametti                           Cheese [Knight, Brie ,Emmental, Gruyere]

Money for Badges -- Reminder

Hello Swiss Choir,

Just a reminder that tomorrow night, Andrea will be collecting money for the badges for Tacoma.   The money / cheques must be in US dollars.  Cheques must be made out to Andrea Stolte.

Prices: Non-Singer-$280 Singer-$230

2014 European Festival: 5:30p-6pm=Vancouver Swiss Choir

Dear Members of the Vancouver Swiss Choir,

I am happy to report that "Switzerland" = the Vancouver Swiss Choir got the time-slot 5:30pm to 6pm on the Main Stage  on Saturday, May 31st at the 2014 European Festival at the Swanguard Stadium in Burnaby.

This switch was possible courtesy of the Metis BC Nation who vacated the 5:30-6pm time-spot for Switzerland.  Many thanks, Derrik!
